Siddantha Agro Industry built with modern milling and processing technology to improve product quality, standardize production, and reduce post-harvest losses.

Raw Material Unit:  

The industry has its own separate areas for receiving raw materials and to avoid the dust contamination during processing.

 

Manufacturing and Processing Unit:

Food processing facilities have hygienic designs, proper sanitation, and separation of processing zones to prevent cross-contamination.

 

Requirements include:

  • Highly equipped machinery with fully automated for processing and cleaning.

  • Hygienic equipment, often made of stainless steel.

  • Proper flooring, drainage, and ventilation.

  • Adequate lighting and pest control measures.

  • Quality assurance during the process with continuous monitoring.

 

Packaging and storage:

  • We use the highly qualified PP bags with 30 kgs and 50 kg Packing system. The Packing and sealing units are integrated into a single system, often with additional modules such Bag conveyor: in which a belt conveyor moves the bags from the sealing station to storage unit or loading area.

  • Our industry has separate storage unit to store the packed product and large quantities will be stacked on pallets to prevent moisture damage from the floor.
